Your Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership rights to your content.

License to Process

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your documents using our AI and OCR technology
• Store your content temporarily for processing purposes
• Return processed data to you in structured formats
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the right to process such documents through our Service.

Subscription and Billing

Billing Cycles

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may suspend service for non-payment after notice
• You authorize automatic billing for recurring subscriptions

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Service Availability

Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service, including its technology, algorithms, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our exclusive property.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or harmful activities
• Business reasons with 30 days' notice

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data according to our data retention policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Changes become effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
